I'm happy to team up with Botân Distillery creating a unique dining experience showcasing their beautiful botanical blends. A true field-to-table product, 100% natural without fake aromas, all from just a few kilometers away.
What started as a brief encounter at their R&D garden turned into long conversations about plants, design, and a different approach to the world of food & drinks.
Inspired by their products, I created a vegetable-focused tasting menu capturing the elegance of the season.
Sharing a vision of hospitality, layering flavors, and bringing complexity and inclusivity to the world of gastronomy. Changing the way people view both non-alcoholic drinks and plant-based food.
Seeing the smiles at the table and hearing the laughter among strangers means the world to me.

What is the timing the event?
We welcome you at the secret location at 19h and aim to end the dinner at 22h-23h
when do I get more location details?
24h in advance, we will email you all the details. Including parking options, dress code if necessary, ... we got you covered.

WHAT ABOUT DRINKS?
Drinks are not included in the pre-paid ticket.
Botân Distillery will be taking care of the drink pairing (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). Payment will be on the night itself.
I have an allergy, can you accommodate?
Yes, absolutely! Let us know in advance so we can give you the same experience. On the night itself, it is not possible to make adjustments.

I'll let you in on a secret; the menu is completely plant-based. Don't tell anyone ;)
Something came up, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately no. All ticket sales are final.
